My crown is pulled out – is that normal?

Yes.

To set the time or date, the crown is deliberately pulled out into different positions.

If the crown can then be pushed back in fully and the watch works normally, there's no reason to worry.

If the crown can no longer be pushed in or feels loose, please contact our customer service.
