Can I have my order delivered to a Packstation?

1. International deliveries Internationally, we ship our orders as standard with DHL Express. With this shipping method, delivery to Packstations, parcel shops, or parcel lockers outside of Germany is unfortunately not possible. Please always provide a regular residential or business address for international deliveries.

Exception USA: For deliveries to the USA, we ship with UPS. Here, delivery to a P.O. Box is possible!

2. Delivery within Germany Yes, within Germany you are very welcome to have packages delivered to a DHL Packstation!

Important – Exception for single items: If you order only a single strap, we send it as a compact Warenpost item. Delivery to a Packstation is unfortunately not possible for this. As soon as a watch or multiple items are in your shopping cart, shipping to a Packstation is no problem again!

How to enter the Packstation address correctly: To ensure your package arrives safely, you need a registered Postnummer (customer number) with DHL. Please enter the details in the checkout process as follows:

• Name: Your first and last name

• Additional address information: Your personal Postnummer

• Street & House number: Packstation + number (e.g., Packstation 123)

• Postal code & City: Postal code and city of the Packstation
