My watch doesn't work despite a new battery

If your watch doesn't work despite a new battery, this can have several causes.

Please first check whether the battery was inserted correctly and whether the battery change was carried out properly. A contact issue in the battery compartment can also cause the watch not to start.

If the watch still doesn't run, there may be a technical fault with the movement or another component.

Please don't open the watch yourself and don't attempt to repair it yourself. Contact our customer service and describe to us when the battery was changed and what behaviour the watch is showing.

We'll then check whether a technical inspection or repair through our service is necessary.
