If a repair isn't technically possible or doesn't make sense, we'll let you know transparently about the next steps.

Depending on the case, various solutions may be possible:

• a replacement of the watch or individual components
• an alternative offer
• the return of your watch
• an individual clarification with our customer service

Which solution is possible depends on the model, the damage, the availability of spare parts and whether it's a warranty or repair case. We'll always agree on the next steps together with you.
