Can I change my order after placing it?

Changes to your order are only possible as long as it hasn't yet been shipped or prepared for shipping.

Please contact our customer service as soon as possible and let us know what needs to be changed. We'll then be happy to check individually whether an adjustment is still possible.

Please note: as our orders are processed very quickly, we unfortunately can't guarantee that changes can be made. If a change is no longer possible, you can return or exchange the order once you've received it, or place a new order for any missing item.
